What does a franchisee do?
Becoming a franchisee of BabyBallers means that you develop and manage your own exclusive area. Franchisees (the owners of the business) hold BabyBallers classes, sell uniform and merchandise. Whether the franchisee has one or multiple locations, profitability is achieved if the franchise model is thoroughly followed. A rewarding and profitable venture.
Do I need experience to run a franchise?
It does help to have a background in business – motivation, determination and being well organised are all crucial to being a successful BabyBallers Franchisee.
But don’t let the lack of business experience put you off. If you’re a head coach or teacher with sports or childcare qualifications, then you can learn about the business side of things. Training and support will be provided by BabyBallers Head Office and you will get access to our own online training portal.
Can I run a franchise and not coach the sessions myself?
Yes of course! You can employ your own freelance coaches to deliver the classes, while you run the business side of things.
How do BabyBallers choose who becomes a franchisee?
We are determined to always add franchisees that match the ethos and values of BabyBallers. As our franchise network continues to grow, we will ensure that our high standards are always paramount when looking into franchisee applications.

Yes you can. When forming a business or using an existing business to trade as BabyBallers both individuals will have to be directors of said business. Both individuals will sign the franchise agreement.
I already have my own football coaching business / academy. How can a BabyBallers franchise work for me?
If you already have a football coaching business or academy then BabyBallers will provide a fantastic stepping stone into your older aged coaching sessions or academy.
BabyBallers has been an outstanding feeder to local teams and academies across our franchise network when our Ballers are ready to take the next step in their footballing journey.
BabyBallers sessions are focused on developing key fundamental movement skills, basic football techniques and skills. This means that once a Baller is ready to take the next step into your additional football coaching business or academy, they will seamlessly fit into your training programme as they have already learned and developed the basics.
How are current BabyBallers franchisees getting on?
The franchisees that are already up and running are thoroughly enjoying their new business venture. We can put you in touch with one of our current franchisees so they can tell you how things are going for them after you have signed a non disclosure agreement.
